Alchemy Machines is a B2B SaaS/Deeptech startup which was set up in 2018 in London, UK. We are developing a Conversational Intelligence platform which enables multi-user speech-to-text transcriptions of verbal communications via phone and VoIP (web-conferencing). Our value proposition lies in embedding sector-specific lexicons, enabling summarisation of conversations and data analytics based on aggregate volumes of calls.
We are initially targeting the legal sector in order to eliminate the administrative burden of note-taking for lawyers.
However, we have a global vision and aim to expand the use-case across many sectors including corporate call-centres/help-desks, finance, healthcare and many more. The Total Addressable Market is £50B and our key competitors exist in the US such as Otter.ai and Fireflies ai.

Alchemy Machines prides itself in having a world-class team of business and engineering experts in order to develop our Conversational Intelligence platform. The technical advisors consist of PhDs (ex-Google and ex-Amazon) Senior Research Scientists who collectively hold 30+ US patents and 50+ research papers. The Founder is an ex-Apple Technical Programme Manager with 10+ project management experiences and a strong entrepreneurial flair for innovation and product vision/delivery. As a consequence of team efforts, we have built a fully functional prototype (Minimal Viable Product) which enables two users to speak via phone and see their conversation transcribed at the end of the call. The system is fully encrypted and currently illustrates the entire audio file conversations, showing the separation of each speaker’s contribution as well as the verbatim transcription. Current developments include the embedding of legal lexicons, the summarization of calls and analytics performed on aggregate calls. We firmly believe that these features provide us with an unfair advantage over our competitors who are providing generic solutions without fully understanding sector variations and global positioning.
