SIKONBLEND is a new source of liquid Silicon used in agriculture as a BIOSTIMULANT, as a PROTECTING agent against pests, and as a NUTRITION uptake facilitator. SIKONBLEND is compatible with the majority of agrochemicals in the market.

Advantages of our technology：
BIOEST has developed a patented innovative technology named SIKONBLEND which integrates Silicon together with the essential nutrients to create a line with BIOSTIMULATING, PROTECTIVE, and NUTRITIONAL action. It stimulates plants’ natural defenses.
BIOSTIMULATION: Silicon activate plants’ defense mechanisms as phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL), polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and peroxidase (POX) among others, helping to combat pests and diseases. Silicon avoids intoxications due to an excess of Al, Fe, and Mn. Finally, it improves physiological and metabolic activity.
PROTECTION: Silicon helps to form an external layer which generates a mechanical protective barrier that helps to defend the plant from pests and diseases. This accumulation of Silicon on the surface of the leaf reduces cuticular respiration. Therefore, the accumulation of Silicon increases tolerance of drought and extreme situations.
NUTRITION: The application of Silicon reduces the absorption of heavy metals and their subsequent intoxicating effect. Silicon, co-formulated with key elements such as Copper, Zinc, Calcium, Boron, and Phosphorus, combines protection with the stimulation of key processes such as photosynthesis, flowering, and cell division

BIOEST SAS wants to become a leader in the local and international markets recognized for its products, services, and solutions for nutrition, biostimulation, and protection of crops based on technological manufacturing processes based on quality, innovation, and efficiency.
BIOEST has three business units: Manufacture, Distribution, and Services. Manufacture is the principal income source of the Company.
We want to find a partner to develop our technology in the territory via a License or a long-term commercial agreement. We filed a Patent Application in Japan last year as part of our IP strategy in the country.
